Summary

A V-type integrated Stirling refrigerator was developed. The influence of different working fluids and four configurations on the performance of the regenerator was investigated. The parameters such as power consumption and COPs were discussed at various rotating speed and charged pressure. The results show that in the Stirling refrigerator used at refrigeration temperature, the configuration 3 is the optimal structure match of this prototype unit with the optimal charging pressure of 1 MPa for nitrogen and 1.3 MPa for helium. In addition, the rotational speed for the optimal cooling capacity and COP is 500-700 r/min for nitrogen and 800-1000 r/min for helium.
