THE GROWTH OF THIS YERSINIA SEROTYPE IS INHIBITED IN RAW PORK MAINTAINED AT 279 OR 298 K (6 OR 25 DEG C). THE ANALYSIS OF THE OPPOSED EFFECTS OF MEAT MICROFLORA SHOWS THAT ENTEROBACTERIACEAE, AND MORE ESPECIALLY HAFNIA ALVEI, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INHIBITION OF YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA. (Bibliogr. int.
