Installation project: condenser cleaning and oil scrubbing eligible for subsidy.
[In Dutch. / En néerlandais.]
Type of article: Article
Summary
At the DSM group's chemical plant in Heerlen a brush cleaning system has been built into the condensers of the existing propane refrigeration system. In this way the heat transfer coefficient of the condensers has been improved. At the Heineken brewery in Den Bosch oil scrubbing columns have been installed in the existing ammonia refrigeration installation. The decisions to carry out both these projects were with the intention to save energy. For this reason they were subsidised by the government.
