Summary

THE CALCULATIONS MADE HAVE SHOWN THAT CONVENTIONAL AIR DUCTS WOULD DISCHARGEAMOUNTS OF WATER GREATER THAN BIOLOGICALLY NECESSARY. THIS CAN BE ELIMINATED ONLY BY MAKING USE OF JACKET COOLING SYSTEMS AND AIR DUCTWORK WITH PARTIALLY SEPARATE AIR STREAMS. IN ORDER TO LOWER THE AIR DEHUMIDIFICATION ON THE SURFACE EVAPORATOR OF A VAPOUR REFRIGERATING MACHINE MAKE SURE TO REDUCE THE FAN OUTPUT AND TO ALLOW THE COEFFICIENT OF SUPPLY AIR CHANGE TO BE CONTROLLED TO MAXIMUM 30 PER HOUR.
