THE INTERNAL GASEOUS EQUILIBRIUM (CO2/O2 ) IS LOW AT HIGH TEMPERATURE: 303 K (30 DEG C) AND HIGHER AT 273 K (0 DEG C), AND VARIES ACCORDING TOTHE EXTERNAL ATMOSPHERE CONTENT OF O2 (0.3 TO 21%).
