Summary

THE JOSEPHSON PROPERTIES OF PRESSURE POINT CONTACTS OF YTTRIUM, BARIUM, COPPER OXIDE COMPOUND CERAMICS ARE INVESTIGATED EXPERIMENTALLY. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE JOSEPHSON PROPERTIES OF SUCH CONTACTS ARE PRESERVED UP TO CRITICAL TEMPERATURE OF THE CONTACTS, WHICH IS CLOSE TO LIQUID NITROGEN TEMPERATURES FOR SOME SAMPLES INVESTIGATED. THE EXAMINATION OF THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF THE CRITICAL AND EXCESS CURRENTS PERMITS A CONCLUSION ON SIMILARITY OF PRESSURE CONTACTS CERAMICS-CERAMICS WITH THE S-N-S JUNCTIONS.
