La Défense: air conditioning in a needle.
La Défense : le climat d'une aiguille.

Summary
In the La Défense area of Paris, the "endless tower" project (height of 426 meters) is being discussed with companies able to build it. Taking into account the geometry of the "needle" type project, the technical nucleus and the concrete structure have been entirely relegated to the periphery instead of being installed mainly in the centre as in traditional type towers. With this system, the principle of cold beams and fan-coil units is quite widely applied, except for the outer parts. This principle should satisfy the dimensioning and flexibility criteria for the arrangement of the offices. Y.G.
