THE PAPER RECAPITULATES THE TEXTS AND STRESSES THE BASIC IDEAS RELATING MORE PARTICULARLY TO DEEP-FROZEN AND FROZEN PRODUCTS AND ICE CREAM. IN CONCLUSION, SOME CLEAR DIRECTIONS ARE GIVEN, WHICH SHOULD ENABLE ONE TO MAKE IT OUT AMONGST ALL REGULATIONS. J.R.
