Laminar heat transfer for thermally developing flow in ducts.
Author(s) : NGUYEN T. V.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The local Nusselt number, incremental heat transfer number and thermal entrance length are presented for Péclet number between 1 and 1000 for constant wall temperature and constant wall heat flux boundary conditions. Accurate engineering correlations for the Péclet number effect on these quantities were also obtained.
