Liquid hydrogen flow measurement in the 1 to 10 m3/hour range.
Author(s) : SCHUG C. A.
Type of article: Article
Summary
The prototype of a suitable flowmeter has been constructed using a sensor that works according to the principle of Coriolis force. Inertial force generated by causing the pipe to vibrate perpendicular to the direction of flow is measured as a phase shift and directly converted to mass flow rate.
