Liquid-vapour equilibrium of fluorinated ether mixtures.

Equilibre liquide-vapeur de mélanges d'éthers fluorés.

Author(s) : JADOT R., JUMET G.

Summary

The authors present a set of liquid-vapour equilibrium results for five binary systems correlated or predicted with the UNIFAC model, and accurate to within 3%. The interactive parameters of the constitutive groups of fluorinated ethers are available. The selection of groups is such that every CFC, HCFC, HFC, alkane or fluorinated ether mixture can be studied in the temperature range from -30 to 50 deg C, and pressure range 0-1000 kilopascals. However, further experimental controls of flurorinated ether based binary systems will have to be done, as soon as these products are available in a sufficient quantity.
