Summary

This white paper, a survey conducted in 1993-1994 by Ouroumoff Consultants on the weaknesses of the logistic chain of perishable food, is based on a number of interviews and round tables between industrialists, logistic service suppliers, and distributors. It proposes some realistic measures, some of which address public administration, and others of which deal with the definition of "good practices" between the economic actors.
