Summary

LOW PRESSURE STORAGE IS ALSO CALLED < HYPOBARIC STORAGE > OR < SUBATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE STORAGE >. VARIABLE LOW PRESSURE STORAGE WAS DEVELOPED AS A KIND OF LOW PRESSURE STORAGE. THE DIFFERENT PRESSURES P1 (13. 3 KILOPASCALS) AND P2 (40 KILOPASCALS) ARE SET UP. DURING STORAGE, THE PRESSURE IN THE CHAMBER VARIES BETWEEN P1 AND P2. BECAUSE OF CONSTANT CYCLING PRESSURES, THE SUPPLY OF O2 GAS INTO THE CHAMBER AND THE EXCLUSION OF CO2 GAS FROM THE CHAMBER CAN EASILY BE ACHIEVED. BY THIS METHOD, SOME INTERESTING STORAGE DATA ARE OBTAINED.
