Summary
The authors describe the design of a range of low-temperature cold stores with light metallic structures of 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000 and 5000 t. Frozen and chilled products are stored in these cold stores. The 500-ton store is described in more detail as it has been the most successful. C.C.
