Summary

The authors describe the new refrigerating complex n°15, built in Moscow in 1990, with a capacity of 21 220 t. The cold stores are arranged in a six-storey building. The complex includes also two industrial workshops: the first one for packaging butter, which has a capacity of 22.5 t every 8 hours, and the other for the preparation of large pieces of meat, which has a capacity of 10 t in 8 hours.
