Summary

AN ICE CREAM FREEZING MACHINE HAS A FREEZING CHAMBER THROUGH WHICH PASSES AN ENDLESS CONVEYOR HAVING SUCCESSIVE SEPARATE PLANULAR SUPPORT PLATES. THE MOULD ELEMENTS ARE SUPPORTED ON THE PLATES WITH SAY 30 MOULDS PER PLATE. THE MOULDS ARE FILLED AND CARRIED THROUGH THE FREEZING CHAMBER TO HARDEN THE ICE CREAM. AFTER FREEZING, THE MOULD ELEMENTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY PIVOTED TO AN UPSIDEDOWN POSITION TO RELEASE THE CONFECTION. THE MOULD ELEMENTS ARE THEN PIVOTED BACK TO THEIR NORMAL POSITION FOR RECHARGING.
