Summary

The model consists of two control volumes, a cylinder and a rear case, and a compressor body. It takes account of the thermal effect of lubrificating oil and heat transfer between refrigerant and the compressor body. Validity of the model is confirmed by comparison with experimental results. The transient behaviour in the cycle simulation depends on the compressor modeling noticeably.
