Summary
A CORRELATION IS GIVEN BETWEEN TUNA WEIGHT AND ITS FREEZING TIME IN THE FOLLOWING SOLUTIONS: SODIUM CHLORIDE, SODIUM CHLORIDE WITH LIQUID NITROGEN ADDED AND CALCIUM CHLORIDE. THE RELATION BETWEEN TUNA FREEZING TIME AND THE FREEZING PROCESS IN THE SAME SOLUTIONS IS ALSO GIVEN. THE EMPIRICAL DATA HAS BEEN PROCESSED WITH AN ELECTRONIC CALCULATOR TO OBTAIN AN EQUATION RELATING TUNA FREEZING TIME, ITS WEIGHT AND THE FREEZING PROCESS. R.R.
