Summary

NEEDLE CRYSTALS OF IODINE AND OXYGEN DOPED NIOBIUM-SULPHUR COMPOUNDS WERE GROWN. ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE IN TEMPERATURE RANGE 4.2-300 K AND CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTIC OF CRYSTAL IN TEMPERATURE RANGE 4.2-5 K WERE STUDIED. AT TEMPERATURE BELOW RMIN SEMICONDUCTOR-TYPE CONDUCTIVITY AND NONLINEAR CURRENT-VOLTAGE CHARACTERISTICS ARE OBSERVED.
