Method to determine energy effectiveness of exploitation of refrigerating rooms for meat.

[In Russian. / En russe.]

Summary

To analyse energy and economic output of cold rooms, one must have a thermal balance. The heat flux balances may be obtained by three methods: calculation, experiment, and analytical method. The paper presents characteristics of these three methods. The authors underline that during operation the initial data to obtain a thermal balance are subject to great changes. They concluded that the most rational method is experimental and analytical one that enabled to conducting energy economic monitoring of operation indexes under real operating conditions. The authors found that the most difficult and less investigated was realizing instrumented audit of cold rooms. The paper analyses apparatuses for fast-diagnosis. On the basis of operating conditions, the methods for compiling experimental analytical balances of rooms for beef and pork refrigeration, freezing, and storage were developed.
