Meubles de réfrigération et congélation : les tabous tombent.

Summary
The energy consumption of the average supermarket can be broken down as follows: lighting 35%, air conditioning and heating 10%, freezing and refrigeration systems 30%. The total LLC (life cycle cost) of a plant throughout its lifetime can be broken down into no more than 1/3rd for the initial investment, and a little under 2/3rds for energy consumption. This also means that a 10% reduction in consumption offsets a price that is 20% higher (without taking into account quantitative benefits such as reduced maintenance costs).
