Summary

The paper investigates the convection occurring in a viscous fluid contained in a square cavity, of which the top horizontal boundary wall, being in contact with the fluid, slides in its own plane. In addition a temperature gradient is established. Navier-Stokes equations, Reynolds and Prandtl numbers are used, together with Nusselt numbers. Correlations are made and highlighted.
