Summary
This paper describes the design of the instrument for determination of moisture sorption isotherms of maize cv. Huangmo 417) from NE China under subzero temperatures. A gravimetric method is used for determining the equilibrium moisture content of maize samples subjected to air of a given relative humidity in a sealed vessel.
