Summary

The report determines a correlation among storage-aptitude parameters of fruit and vegetables. An analysis of TT mathematical models is performed. The parameter of process P=f(T,t), based on phenology rules, is suggested. The generalized criterion of product F is calculated. The relationship P=f(F) is obtained. The universal diagram of storage-aptitude TTF, uniting all principal parameters of fruit and vegetable storage-aptitude is created.
