My Resignation; Some History and Future Developments in Cryogenics.

Summary

After 29 years of having the privilege of being Honorary Chairman of the Cryogenika and IIR biennial series of cryogenic engineering conferences, and the International Conference Committee, it is now time for me to stand down. This letter is therefore confirmation of my resignation, as first mentioned in my letter of 22nd October 2018, together with some notes from history, and views of the possible future of cryogenics.
