Summary

IN PRODUCING COOLING WITH AMMONIA ABSORPTION SYSTEMS, NEW ENER GY SOURCES SUCH AS SOLAR, GEOTHERMAL AND BIOGAS ENERGY HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY EMPLOYED AS THE HEAT SOURCES. UNDER THE RUMANIAN PROGRAMME FOR NEW ENERGY SOURCES AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THESE SOURCES, THE BUCHAREST CONSTRUCTION IN-STITUTE HAS PRODUCED TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ON THIS SUBJECT AND LISTED INSTALLATIONS USING NEW ENERGY SOURCES, MANY OF WHICH ARE FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES.
