Summary
Cooling water in plants that manufacture electronic components is often recooled in so-called honeycomb radiators equipped with air suction ventilators. This creates noise from the low-frequency rotary sound of the blower and the high-frequency sound of the cascade. A report is given here on how these noises were reduced by 10 decibels, along with noise from the gear between the drive motor and the ventilator.
