Summary
A GENERALIZED NUMERICAL MODEL HAS BEEN DEVELOPED, ALLOWING THE DETERMINATION OF THE TEMPERATURE FIELD AND THE DURATION OF THE NON-STATIONARY PROCESS OF COOLING SOLID BODIES (FOOD MATERIALS) UNDER BOUNDARY CONDITIONS OF THE THIRD ORDER. THE GENERAL SOLUTION OBTAINED REFERS TO VARIED AND COMPLICATED SHAPES, BOTH REGULAR ONE-AND MULTIDIMENSIONAL, AND IRREGULAR STEREOMETRIC SHAPES.
