Type of article: Article
Summary
A new commercial building has variable flow secondary chilled water and uses cooling tower water for winter cooling. Peak power is shaved by running stand-by generators. Lighting power is reduced by auto-dimming perimeter lights and using electronic ballasts. Indoor air quality is improved by attention to duct materials and filtration. A.R.T.
