Summary
The influence of condensation of fluorocarbon refrigerants in long coils of an air-cooled condenser on the course of heat transfer. Formulae for evaluating the surface heat transfer coefficient during condensation in horizontal straight tubes have a limited range of use. Investigates the necessity of introducing the length of the pipe coil into the formulae describing the heat transfer during condensation in a flow.
