Performance comparison of desiccant systems in air conditioning applications.

Summary
In air conditioning plants the introduction of chemical absorption and evaporative cooling can permit techniques alternative to the traditional ones both for summer and winter climatization. Various possible solutions have been therefore suggested. By computer simulation annual performances of these treatments have been compared. The analysis shows interesting prospects of desiccant systems.
