Summary
IN THE NEAR FUTURE, THE AMMONIA-WATER MIXTURE WILL STILL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE. THE AUTHORS DISCUSS THE PERFORMANCES THAT CAN BE OBTAINED WITH AMMONIA-WATER HEAT PUMPS, ASSUMING REALISTIC TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCES WITH EXTERNAL FLUIDS. THEY OBTAIN DATA ON THE POSSIBLE PERFORMANCES IN THE DIFFERENT DOMAINS OF OPERATION AND ON THE EFFECT OF SOME COMPONENTS (EXCHANGERS BETWEEN GENERATOR AND ABSORBER AND BETWEEN CONDENSER AND EVAPORATOR, RECTIFIER).
