Phase equilibrium, density and miscibility of quasi-azeotrope mixtures HFC152a-HFC134a in refrigeration oils.

Summary

As it is shown by the conducted thermodynamical analysis, the quasi-azeotrope mixture of R152a-R134a is a perspective substitute of R12 in the operating refrigeration equipment. The phase equilibrium was investigated by a static method. Researches were conducted within the temperature range of 48 to 360 K. The density of oil-refrigerant mixtures was determined in the range of temperatures from 220 to 370 K, the error was 0.1%. At a temperature of 254 K there is a good miscibility of the refrigerant with a serially produced oil.
