Summary
Four clonal selections of peaches were stored at 0 °C for 4 weeks followed by a 3 day shelf life at 20 °C in two consecutive seasons and three selections studied in only one season. Ethylene production, scald international browning and chilling injury are investigated in order to find out the best selection for long term cold storage.
