Summary

The results suggest that the viability of inner cell mass cells of frozen-thawed bovine embryos tend to be lower than that of unfrozen embryos irrespective of the cryoprotectants used. Propylene glycol was significantly more toxic to the inner cell mass cells compared with the other cryoprotectants.
