ON THE BASE OF DEFINITIONS FOR A MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION AND FOR TRANSPORTATION UNDER CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS THE MAIN REQUIREMENTS FOR A REFRIGERATED VEHICLE ARE REVIEWED: INSULATION, REFRIGERATING CAPACITY, AIR CIRCULATION AND VENTILATION. A BREAK THROUGH IS ADVOCATED FOR THE TRADITIONAL POSITIONS ROUND INSULATED CONSTRUCTION, REFRIGERATING CAPACITY, CONTROL METHODS AND STANDARDISATION. AROUND THE CENTRAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE CARGO FOR THE CONDITIONS DURING TRANSPORTATION A MODERN PROGRAM OF TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS CAN BE FORMULATED FOR A VEHICLE FOR CONTROLLED CHILLING AND FREEZING CONDITIONS, WHICH DEVIATES FROM THE TRADITIONAL ONE ON A NUMBER OF ITEMS. IT IS NECESSARY TO RALLY THE AVAILABLE FORCES AND SUPPORTS IN RESEARCH AND INDUSTRY, TO STRIVE FOR THE RIGHT OF EXISTENCE AND THE APPLICATION OF NEW SOLUTIONS BEFORE A WIDELY MIXED PUBLIC FROM CIVIL SERVANTS TO COMPETITORS.
