Summary

The principle of an air-conditioning plant using water-loop reversible heat pumps is explained and the system components are described: water-air reversible air-conditioners which treat inside air; a closed water loop permitting thermal energy circulation in buildings; and loop heat exchangers, one for removing excess heat and the other for producing adequate heat. The system operation is explained and its advantages indicated, thereby defining its area of use. J.L.
