Summary

THERMODYNAMIC CORRELATIONS OF THE PROCESSES OF FREEZE-DRYING ARE DISCUSSED. IT MAY BE CONCLUDED THAT THE PROCESSES OF HEAT TREATMENT DEPEND NOT ONLY ON GEOMETRICAL PARAMETERS AND PROPERTIES OF THE MATERIAL BUT ALSO ON THE MODIFIERS OF STATE. BY SELECTING THE CORRECT PARAMETERS THE QUALITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT CAN BE CONTROLLED. THE KINETICS OF DRYING, CHARACTERIZING THE PROCESS OFDRYING, IS ANALYSED.
