Summary

The Montreal Protocol requires all countries, under Article 7 of the Protocol and other decisions taken by the Parties, to report their annual consumption, production, imports, and exports of ODSs for given baseline years and for each year beginning with the year in which the Protocol or the Amendment entered into force for that party. This report presents the ODS data for the period 1986-2000 in a consolidated form, as reported by the Parties for consideration by meetings of the Parties.
