Type of article: Article
Summary
Two types of ice can be used: dry ice (comprising quantities of small crystals) and water ice that is pumpable ice with a paste-like consistency. The initial investment is expected to be recovered within 2 years. In comparison with flake ice, performance is improved on two levels: fish quality is improved and energy consumption is reduced.
