This article deals with measures to be taken in the field of refrigerated transport where products do not have the same optimal storage temperatures, e.g. fruit produced in temperate regions such as the Mediterranean Basin, and tropical fruit, which are often stored in the same cold-storage facilities or transported in the same vehicles.
