Summary
NUMEROUS HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS, OFTEN DESIGNED FOR ENVIRONMENTS WITH A CONTROLLED CONTAMINATION, REQUIRE THE UTILIZATION OF FILTRATION SYSTEMS UNDER A QUASI-LAMINAR STATE. A CERTAIN DIFFUSER, CONFORMING WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF FLUID DYNAMICS, MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A FLOW WHICH IS ALMOST TOTALLY LAMINAR, EVEN IN THE ABSENCE OF DIRECTIONAL EXTERNAL WALLS. HENCE, IT IS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE SIMULTANEOUSLY THE ENERGY COSTS AND THE PHYSICAL CONSTRAINTS WHICH DO NOT ALLOW AN OPTIMUM OPERATIONAL CAPACITY.
