It is important to know the size and demand for cleanliness of the clean area. By these facts the first costs and running costs are fixed. The minimum can be reached if the clean area is very limited and the surroundings can have a lower cleanliness. To run such a local system it is necessary that there are no intensive heat sources in the area. Additionally clean air flow can be stabilized by cooling.
