THIS PROJECT IS NOT YET ACHIEVED. A GENERATING LOOP CONNECTED TO THE NATIONAL GRID SYSTEM, OPERATING ON THE RANKINE CYCLE, WITH TWO CONDENSATION STAGES, WITH R13 (OR R23) IS PROVIDED. DESIGN OUTPUT: 11 MW (LNG FLOW RATE OF 432 T/H); RECOVERY: 60%. THIS PROJECT IS COMPARED WITH THE PLANT AT FOS-SUR-MER BUT MAINLY WITH VARIOUS JAPANESE DEVELOPMENTS. FRENCH AND JAPANESE CYCLES ARE ILLUSTRATED BY DIAGRAMS. L.R.
