Summary

A NEW REFRIGERATOR HAS BEEN DEVELOPED WITH A PARTIAL DEFROSTING SYSTEM, WHICH CONSISTS OF HEATING BY THE FAR-INFRARED HEATER AND BLOWING COLD AIR. THIS SYSTEM ALSO KEEPS FOOD IN PARTIAL FREEZING TEMPERATURE: APPROXIMATELY 270 K (-3 DEG C) AFTER DEFROSTING. THE DEFROSTING TIME OF COMMON FOOD IS LESS THAN30 MINUTES. FOODSTUFFS WHICH ARE DEFROSTED BY THIS SYSTEM HAVE LITTLE EVENNESS AND DRIP.
