Summary
The EPA Section 608 National Recycling and Emission Reduction Program regulation includes a "Sunset Clause" which temporarily restricts the sale of recovered or recycled refrigerant to a different system owner. In the paper, the Section 608 regulation is reviewed with emphasis on the Sunset Clause.
