For the energy saving scheme using outdoor natural cold source,puts forward the concept of data center pre-cooling and the assessment approach to achieve energy saving effect of pre-cooling. According to an actual project,designs the pre-cooling computer room air conditioning (CRAC)unit,and based on the meteorological data in Shanghai area,gives theoretical analysis for energy saving.Points out the development direction of pre-cooling energy saving technology in data center.
