Respiration rate of Golden Delicious apples as a function of temperature of storage cell.

Summary
As respiration plays a fundamental role in determinig product quality and storability, a kinetic model able to quantify its evolution as a function of working parameters was hypothesized and the values of related functional constants determined at room temperature (21 more or less 1 deg C). The temperature evolution of model constants are presented and discussed.
