Summary

Mrs Lucia Gomez, the Argentinian delegate at the IIR, explains the preparation of 1994 Programa Pais (Country Programme). Once the programme was adopted in June 1994, the next step consisted in working with the industries in the different sectors. Now, with 30 projects approved, USD 28 million donations will be directly provided to the industrial sector or to training programmes without any intermediary.
