Ultrasound absorption and velocity in plastic deformed tungsten.
[In Russian. / En russe.]

Type of article: Article
Summary
Doppler-shifted acoustic cyclotron resonance and temperature dependence of absorption and velocity of transverse and longitudinal ultrasound wave in tungsten are measured in the temperature range 4.2-90 K at magnetic fields up to 40 kilo-oersteds. It is shown that the temperature dependence of absorption may be explained by the contributions of the Umklapp processes related to the dislocations.
